We hope our menus appeal not only to classic pub food lovers but also to those who get excited about a twist on traditional favourites. Our Head Chef Emma has a huge amount of experience in menu development and taste profiling as well as creating stunningly delicious dishes. We understand the importance of variety, and we’ll adapt our menu to the changing seasons. From the hearty tastes of autumn to winter warming dishes and then to fabulous fresh flavours of spring and summer.

Emma forms part of the management team here at The Red Lion and comes with a HUGE amount of experience. She brings with her, wonderful skills in fine dining, bespoke menu creation, and taste profiling, from starters through to desserts. She has built excellent relationships with some top-rated suppliers as well as many connections within the catering and hospitality industry. Emma is passionate about the food she serves and you can see how much love and skill goes into everything she cooks. We’re immensely excited about having her as part of our team and we can’t wait for you to share our excitement. The proof really is in the starter, main, and dessert!
